At Capital Expertise Comptable, I gained valuable experience in digital marketing and web development, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. My missions included creating and maintaining websites, optimizing SEO performance, and managing digital content. I also contributed to the launch and enhancement of multiple websites, including www.capital-expertise-comptable.com. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in web design, project management, and marketing communication while ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
Sales Brochure Creation for « The Formation »: A Strategic Communication Tool
I developed several sales brochures for « The Formation, » a service dedicated to companies and individuals. Since February 2021, « The Formation » has partnered with Starting Block, led by Mr. Benoît MARSY. This collaboration grants The Formation access to a new database, offering opportunities to present additional commercial offers to existing clients.
My role was to craft a compelling brochure showcasing The Formation’s diverse services, tailored to both Starting Block’s and The Formation’s clientele. These brochures not only represent the company’s offerings but also embody its image, values, and business goals.
Creating an effective brochure means capturing attention. Every design element—be it logo, color palette, or typography—plays a crucial role in standing out from competitors and ensuring a high conversion rate. Similar to social media communication or website creation, this project involved storytelling to convert potential leads into loyal customers.
Setting Up the CEC Forecast Editorial Calendar and TF Facebook/Instagram Strategy
One of the first steps in creating impactful social media content is establishing an Editorial Calendar. This tool offers multiple benefits, ensuring consistency and organization in content creation. It helps to:
- Maintain rigor and avoid repetition in the posts,
- Align content with key messaging and objectives.
The Editorial Calendar is not just for scheduling; it is an excellent tool for visualizing and organizing tasks. For « The Formation » and CEC’s social media strategy, the calendar included vital details such as:
- Publication date and time,
- Subject and target audience,
- Content type and format (e.g., image, video, etc.),
- Objectives for each post (engagement, lead generation, etc.),
- Visuals, hashtags, mentions, and relevant links,
- Post status and any additional comments.
This shared document with the communications team facilitated seamless collaboration and ensured every post aligned with our broader content strategy, helping drive engagement and enhance brand visibility on Facebook and Instagram.
