Using NLM – Making way for NLU :

Problem :
www.defthedge.com is a showcase site that does not currently have a chatbot.

Objectives:
The aim here is to create a chatbot that is as intuitive as possible in order to provide a better user experience. In addition, we want to increase the visibility of our questionnaire.
So I’m going to try to give as much prominence as possible to the « Evaluate your foreign exchange risk » questionnaire in order to increase the number of subscribers.
